BALLERS Bangkok · Private training
Built around one player.
No two players are the same. Every session is designed around what you already do well and what you need next.
01 · The idea
Training everyone the same way is why players stop improving.
Put ten players through the same session and you get ten different results. Some are not challenged enough. Some are pushed past what their body can hold. Most sit somewhere in between, improving slowly or not at all, and picking up injuries along the way.
We do the opposite. We look at the player in front of us, find the two or three things that will actually move their game, and build the sessions around those. Progress is controlled and steady, and the player can feel it.
02 · What you get
Three things that change.
- 01
Tailored to you
Sessions designed around your strengths and the areas you need to improve — not around a group average.
- 02
Faster development
Focused attention means skills land quicker. Less queuing, more touches, immediate correction.
- 03
Pro-level preparation
The same methods used to prepare professional players, taught by people who played professionally.
03 · How a session works
Sixty minutes, all of it yours.
Every session runs the same shape so progress is measurable week to week.
- 01
Warm-up with the ball
Movement preparation that already looks like football — never ten minutes of running before the game starts.
- 02
Technical block
First touch, receiving under pressure, striking. Repetition with a coach correcting every rep.
- 03
Decision-making
The same skill, now with an opponent, a space and a time limit — because that is how it appears on Saturday.
- 04
Finishing
Ending in front of goal, under fatigue, the way a match ends.
- 05
Feedback
What went well, what we work on next, said out loud before the player leaves.
04 · In session
Real sessions. Real players.
Every frame here is a session that happened at BALLERS Bangkok.

05 · Inside the centre
Where it happens.
The pitch, the gym and the recovery zone — sixty seconds inside BALLERS Bangkok.
06 · Who it is for
Who trains here.
Academy and school players
Kids who already play weekly and want the individual work their team session cannot give them.
Adults coming back to the game
Players returning after years away who want to feel competent with the ball again.
Professionals
Pros using the off-season, or building back specific qualities during a season.
07 · Next step
Tell us about the player.
Message us with the player’s age, level and what they want to improve, and we will tell you honestly whether this is the right programme.
