Terms of Use

These terms are between you and BALLERS Bangkok, and they cover training at the performance centre and everything you do in the BALLERS Project app.

BALLERS Pro Academy is a separate company with its own Rules and Regulations, which govern academy courses, fees and refunds. Where your child is an academy player, those rules apply to the course and these apply to the app.

The account belongs to the parent or guardian. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, so keep that email address current and reachable: it is the only way in and the only way we reach you.

Tell us if an address changes hands or an account should no longer be open. We will close it the same day.

Sessions are bought as a package and drawn down as they are used. Your remaining balance is shown in the app and that number is the one we honour; if it disagrees with a paper receipt, tell us and we will check the record rather than argue.

At the performance centre, a booked private session is used whether or not the player attends, because the coach and the pitch were held for them. At the academy, only a session the player actually attended is deducted.

If we cancel a session, it costs you nothing and the session goes back on your balance the same day.

Tell us at least 24 hours before a private session and we will move it at no cost. Less than that and the session is used, unless the reason is illness or injury, in which case talk to us: we have never charged a family for a sick child and we are not going to start.

You can mark a child as not coming to an academy session in the app at any time. It helps the coach plan and it never costs you anything.

Qualified coaches, a session that starts on time, a facility that is clean and safe, and an honest answer about your child's progress. If a session falls short of that, tell us and we will put it right.

Football carries a risk of injury. Tell us about any medical condition, allergy or injury that affects training, and keep us updated: a coach who does not know cannot keep a child safe.

Our staff may give or arrange first aid and emergency treatment when a child needs it and you cannot be reached. We will contact you as soon as the child is safe.

Respect, honesty, effort and good energy are what we ask of players, and the same of parents and staff on the touchline. Abuse of a coach, an official or another child is the one thing that ends a place with us.

The app is for you to manage your own family's training. Do not try to reach another family's records, and do not share your sign-in code: anyone holding it can open your account.

Reports and scores in the app are a coach's professional opinion written to help a player improve. They are not a medical assessment and not a guarantee of any outcome.

Prices are in Thai Baht and are the ones shown when you buy. If we change a price it applies to your next purchase, never to a package you already hold.

When we change these terms we change the date at the top and email you if the change affects something you have already paid for.

Thai law applies. If something goes wrong, write to info@ballersproject.com first. We would far rather fix it ourselves than have either of us in front of anyone else.
