Privacy Policy

BALLERS Bangkok is the performance centre and the operator of the BALLERS Project app and the BLLRS. Studio system behind it. We are responsible for the information described on this page.

BALLERS Pro Academy is a separate company. Where your child trains with the academy, the academy's own rules also apply, and the two of us share only what is needed to run the sessions your child is enrolled in.

For anything on this page, write to info@ballersproject.com. A person reads that address.

About the parent or guardian: name, email address, phone number, and LINE account if you choose to connect one.

About the player: full name, the name they go by, date of birth, playing position, dominant foot, the group they train in, and a photo if you give us one.

About the training: which sessions they were booked into, whether they turned up, what a coach observed, development and assessment scores, match notes, and body weight where it is measured.

About the account and the money: sessions bought and remaining, payments recorded against your name, and the sign-in codes we email you.

We do not ask for identity-card numbers, health conditions, or bank details through the app. If you send us something in a message, we keep only what we need and delete the rest.

To run the sessions your child is enrolled in, to keep an accurate register, to tell you what your child worked on, to keep your package balance right, and to reach you when a session moves or is cancelled.

A date of birth decides which group a child trains in, so we need it. A parent's email is how you sign in, so we need that too. Everything else on the list exists because it makes the coaching better or the record correct, and we will tell you which if you ask.

Our coaches and office staff see what they need for the children they work with, and no more. Nobody outside BALLERS is shown your child's record.

Three companies process data on our behalf, under contract, and use it for nothing of their own: Supabase stores the database, Vercel runs the app, and Google Workspace sends and receives our email. If you connect LINE, LINE carries the messages we send you there.

We do not sell information about you or your child. We do not pass it to advertisers. We have never done either and this page would have to change before we could.

We take photographs and video at sessions, camps and matches. We ask before using a picture of an identifiable child in marketing, and you can say no at any time, including about a picture already published. Say no and we take it down; it does not affect your child's place with us in any way.

While your child trains with us, and for two years after their last session, so that a family coming back does not start from nothing and so we can answer a question about a past term.

Payment records are kept for as long as Thai tax law requires. Ask us to delete earlier and we will delete everything we are not legally required to keep.

The app has no passwords. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, which means there is no password of yours for anyone to steal or reuse. Wrong codes lock the door after a few tries.

Every table in our database refuses to answer anyone who is not signed in, and staff see only what their role allows. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our providers.

If information about you is ever exposed, we will tell you and the Thai authorities within the time the law allows, and we will tell you what happened rather than a summary of it.

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act you may ask to see everything we hold about you and your child, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to have it sent to you in a portable form, to object to a particular use, or to withdraw consent you gave earlier.

Write to info@ballersproject.com and we will answer within 30 days. There is no charge. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.

Almost everyone we train is a child. The account belongs to the parent or guardian, the consent is theirs to give and to withdraw, and we take instructions about a child's record from them.

When we change something that matters, we change the date at the top and email the address on your account. We will not make a quiet change to how your information is used and leave you to find it.
